KEEP CALM AND EAT TREATS
An essential part of sticking with a long term losing and maintenance program is to ENJOY the journey. When you take a FEW minutes to plan your day in the morning, figure out if you'll be going out to eat or want to invest in a TREAT once or twice during the day.

When will you eat it?
Commit to having the planned portion at the planned time
Then you can KEEP CALM, STAY FOCUSED and LOOK FORWARD to a little treat in your day! Make it a weekend goal.
