Italian Casserole

8 oz uncooked rotini pasta
. lb lean ground beef
14 oz can tomato sauce
14 oz can diced tomatoes, Italian style
8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, at room
temperature
1 cup part skim ricotta
1 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Cook pasta
according to directions. Place cooked pasta in
sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Brown beef in a
large skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10
minutes. Combine tomato sauce and diced
tomatoes. Combine cream cheese and ricotta.
Layer beef, cheese mixture, then tomato
mixture over pasta. Bake uncovered 30
minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella on top for last 5
minutes. Divide into 8 servings.
