Even small-scale moves can have a big (and positive) impact. There's something about the crisp air of early autumn that makes it not easy, exactly, but certainly more natural to take on the task of switching up some of your less-helpful eating and exercise behaviors. The timing is good, too: Halloween, Thanksgiving, and, let's face it, the entire month of December are just around the corner. Start now to make a little change here, a little change there, and you'll be bonded with your healthy new behaviors before those end-of-year challenges hit.
