Crock-pot Picante Chicken

What's for dinner tomorrow???
Here is a good Crockpot recipe for ya!

Crock-pot
Picante Chicken
6 servings @ 9 each
Cheesy Broccoli
6 servings @ 1 each
Cantaloupe
1 cup @ 0 each
1 ½ lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 / 15 oz cans black beans, rinsed and drained
2 / 14 oz cans yellow corn, drained
8 oz salsa or picante sauce
1 large head broccoli
½ c shredded 2 % sharp cheddar cheese
6 c diced cantaloupe, serve on the side
Place chicken strips in bottom of crock-pot. Pour black beans, then corn, then salsa sauce over chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours. Divide into 6 servings.
Steam broccoli until tender. Top with cheese while hot. Season to taste.
