What's for dinner?? Try this easy WW recipe for 6 points per serving. Add a side salad with a low fat or non fat dressing and you have another complete meal for under 10 points!

Creamy Chicken and Noodles - 6 points per serving (recipe makes 4)

Ingredients
6 oz wide egg noodles
1 lb boneless/skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 cups small white mushrooms
1 tbsp unsalted butter
4 tsp all purpose flour
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup light sour cream
PAM cooking spray

Directions
1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain and keep warm.
2. Brown the chicken in a non-stick skillet and transfer to a separate plate. Spray the skillet with Pam cooking spray and saute the onions and mushrooms until brown. Add mushrooms to plate with chicken.
3. Melt butter in the skillet and slowly add in flour. Cook, stirring constantly, until bubbling. Continuing to stir, slowly pour in chicken broth. Add mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Continue to cook and stir constantly, until thickened, and then stir in sour cream. Stir in chicken and vegetables until mixed well.
5. Serve over noodles.
