Success doesn't start on the scale. It starts in your mind. At your meeting this week, you'll hear from other members who've hurdled obstacles, stuck to the Plan, got back in the saddle, and just kept going. Your fellow members can be a great source of support (and experience)! Their encouragement (and sometimes, a kick in the pants) can help you to stay the course, and believe that you can do it, one small change at a time!
