Pasta and Sausage Skillet

8 oz dry rotini pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
14 oz turkey smoked sausage, cut into slices
1 medium sweet onion, cut into wedges
1 medium zucchini, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
½ pint grape tomatoes, sliced

6 cups diced cantaloupe
Boil pasta according to package directions.
Heat a large sprayed skillet over medium-high
heat, add olive oil and garlic. Add sliced
sausage and onions; sauté until sausage is
browned and onions are tender, about 3 to 5
minutes. Add zucchini, bell pepper, and Italian
seasonings; cook 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes
and cooked pasta. Heat thoroughly.
